Welcome to the 4th Texas Aroid Show Houston Exhibit & Sale 2024. Join us on Sat Oct 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM at the Houston Marriott South for a day filled with amazing selection of variegated plants, new hybrids, super rare "unicorn" plants, and spectacular specimens on the exhibit floor! Whether you are a seasoned collector or just starting out, this event is perfect for plant enthusiasts of all levels. Comprised of trusted 40+ Plant Vendors and Artisans from all over the country including our international participants and guests joining us at this event, we will give you the best exotic tropical-looking plants on our planet. Don't miss out on this opportunity to add some stunning plants to your collection and connect with fellow plant lovers. See you there!
THE SHOW:
A. Plants to be showcased: Aroids, Hoyas, and All Rare Plants in general. Local Artisans and some Merchandise will also be displayed during which all will be set up in one Hall - “The TAS24Houston Bumblebee Hall”.
THE COMMUNITY
Our Regular October Market will also be held at the same place. (11:00AM - 6:00 PM )
Regular Tickets need to be purchased.
DOC ENTRY- Darling of the Crowd Contest will be held and great prizes await. Email us if interested to participate. (texasrareplantmarket@gmail.com)
The "ALL PLANT" Symposium
B. Plant talks morning at the "THE HIVE" Hall.
Early Seating 8:00AM - Please check in early.
We will have a seated guests event from 8:00-10:30AM. VIP Platinum Ticket are now available to purchase.
A GIVEAWAY of 30 Plants will be given as Freebies for the first 30 Tickets Sold on VIP PLATINUM LEVEL. List will be based on EventBrite Report. Plants unclaimed will be given away to attendees. Additional freebies to be announced at a later date if there any. Our Facebook Group Texas Rare Plant Market is our best community support for this. Feel free to join us.
Speakers of All Plants in General will be before the opening times (8-10:30AM) while we are having light breakfast.

Welcome VIPs! Upon entering the hotel, to your left is the symposium area in Pasadena Room located on the hotel's ground floor. Please refer to the map on the left side of this page.
Your entrance to the Show & Sale is Galveston Door. If you missed the symposium please line up at the door before 10:30AM. Door opens for VIPs first before GA. Please check in early to get your VIP envelopes.
TAS Sip & Shop
We are delighted to introduce our TAS Sip & Shop vendors augmenting TAS Exhibition. This area is conveniently located in the Hotel Lobby. No tickets necessary to browse these amazing vendors. Check our participants that will be displaying merchs and plant products! This non-ticketed area will be open to hotel guests and the general public, showcasing essential items for Fall collectors. Local residents are warmly invited.
All attendees please feel free to dress up in Pumpkin and Carnival Row-inspired attire.
Plant Bingo is the main highlights of this area where walk-ins join our email list and can play the game.

All tickets are subject to taxes and fees. All ticket purchases can get 1 Raffle Coupon each to win a Monstera Deliciosa Aurea (TAS Anniversary Special - 2 Year ). Please stop by at the customer service to get the raffle coupon. We will collect Name and Email/Contact Number for prize awarding, for our mailing list, and TAS updates. Raffling starts at 4PM. If the person wins and already left the event, they can ask someone to collect the prize for them. We do not ship plants or prizes.
Open House and All out Sale is 5:00-6:00 PM (No Raffle Ticket)
Parking for the day is Free - Stay Tuned for the Parking Map.
No FOOD are to be brought inside the event. No Pets are allowed. No Smoking. Please refer to the Hotel guidelines of attending events.
We will be using wristband on this event. Stamp will be used to claim raffle tickets.
By purchasing TAS tickets attendees agree to a peaceful, safe, well organized exhibition day, and plant gathering. All multimedia uploaded on our website, social media accounts, emails, and daily correspondence will be exclusively used for TAS events purposes to benefit the attendees. Here at TAS we value our plant community and our relationship to vendors and businesses.
